Shipping and Delivery

We offer FREE standard shipping or pickup on almost all orders if order is more than NPR 5,000.
  • Standard Shipping: 2 days to 5 days. PLIX Brand Standard Shipping: 12 days to 15 days.

Shipping Options:
Choose standard shipping or pickup based on your order and location. Note that tracking may not be available for the entire journey if handed over to local carriers.
Shipping Address:

Ensure your shipping address is correct. You may use P.O. boxes, but certain items (e.g., large or restricted products) may require a physical address. Some merchandise may not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Time & Cost:

 After your order is confirmed, the delivery time and shipping cost will be shown on the confirmation page. Processing usually takes 1-5 days, and you will be notified when your order ships. You’ll also receive tracking information. Some product takes upto 15 days to delivery.

Delivery Delays: 

 Delivery times may vary due to factors like weather or flight arrangements. Check your tracking info for updates.

Delivery Issues: 

 If your package is missing or shows delivered but not received, contact customer service within 7 days of the order date.
